Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Start-up and shut-down the machine as per SOP.
- Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, holding time and cycle time.
- Monitor mold operation, hot runner/cold runner system and auxiliaries.
- Check molded parts for visual defects such as short shot, flash, sink mark, burn mark, weld line and warpage.
- Perform first-piece inspection and routine in-process quality checks.
- Maintain the required production output and cycle time.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Must be ready to work in Shift timing at Mfg Site.
- Must be ITI / Diploma or any graduate.
- Candidate should have clean room Molding experience
- Preferably from pharma or medical device industry.
- Should have basic knowledge of component inspection, component checking and measurement, minor troubleshooting etc.
