Zycus is looking for B.Com fresh graduates or CA Inter candidates with 01 years of experience to support our domestic accounting operations. The Finance Executive will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with exposure to SaaS accounting, revenue recognition, and global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable activities
- Perform vendor accounting, invoice verification, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
Accounting & ERP Operations
- Work extensively on Tally and/or SAP Business One (SAP B1) for accounting entries
- Support domestic accounting operations for multiple Indian entities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation
Taxation & Compliance Support
- Apply working knowledge of TDS and GST in day-to-day transactions
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documentation
- Support finance team during audits and statutory reviews
Month-End & MIS Support
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Support preparation of basic MIS reports and reconciliations
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Skills And Expertise :-
Education: B.Com fresh Graduate or CA Inter
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting roles
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Tally and/or SAP Business One (SAP B1)
- Working knowledge of TDS and GST
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel
Location Requirement: Candidates must be based out of Mumbai
