Coordenador(a) de Produção at Zumub in Lisboa

ROLE:

Oversee daily production to achieve targets and comply with quality standards and safety procedures in a food/supplement manufacturing environment.
Lead production operators to maintain smooth daily operations.
Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action when needed.
Plan production schedules and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the availability of materials for production activities.
Report production results and issues to the Production Manager.
Assist with onboarding and training new production employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (desirable).
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Previous experience in team supervision (desirable).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
Good Excel skills and confidence using technology.
A strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
