Golang Developer (5+ years) at Zump… · Mohali

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go (Golang), RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, database management, and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Implement concurrency using goroutines, channels, and Go's concurrency patterns.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and external systems.
• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and management.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, system design, and architecture decisions.
• Follow secure coding practices, version control standards, and agile development methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of Go fundamentals, interfaces, error handling, memory management, and concurrency.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Experience writing unit tests and debugging complex applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
