Requirements Auto Sales Consultant Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work directly with customers to determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, demonstrate vehicle features, take customers for test drives and answer sales calls and emails Be well informed of vehicle inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they meet the needs of the customer Maintain a prospect development system for referrals and owner follow-up for repeat business Meet monthly sales goals and objectives Other duties as assigned Auto Sales Consultant Requirements: Previous sales experience strongly desired, but not necessary. Will train friendly, outgoing, motivated candidates Must be a self-starter and have strong desire to meet and exceed goals Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including high heat and humidity Professional appearance and great customer service Excellent communication skills A valid drivers license and acceptable MVR history is required as a condition of employment Must be able to pass a drug test as we are a drug free workplace Bilingual Preferred Schedule Requirements: The Auto Sales Consultant is required to work 5 days per week.
