The UAV Aircraft Assembler I will perform basic aircraft assembly tasks under direct supervision, while learning aerospace manufacturing standards and supporting various programs and value streams. Responsibilities: - Assemble basic aircraft components and sub-assemblies using released work instructions - Perform drilling, fastening, and hardware installation using approved tools - Install basic brackets, panels, and structural components - Follow torque, sealant, and bonding procedures as directed - Perform visual self-inspection of completed work - Accurately complete work instructions and required production documentation - Maintain FOD, safety, and quality standards - Support senior assemblers as assigned Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 0–1 years of aircraft or mechanical assembly experience - Ability to follow written work instructions and drawings - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Required Skills: Aircraft assembly, Mechanical assembly, Use of drilling and fastening tools, Reading work instructions and drawings, Torque procedures, Sealant and bonding procedures, Visual inspection, Production documentation Benefits: Competitive total compensation package, Comprehensive benefit package options include medical, dental, vision, life, and more., 401k with company-match, 4 weeks of paid time off each year, 12 annual company holidays
