Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technology Professional, Finance Datahub on behalf of a leading global MedTech company an organization where technology sits at the center of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care.
This role is part of the company's establishment of a new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, in partnership with Zinnov a global management consulting and strategy advisory firm that has helped establish and transform 220+ Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enabling 250,000+ professionals to drive innovation for the world's leading enterprises.
The India GCC will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation, and innovation for the company's global operations, contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

What you'll do
This role sits within Enterprise Applications, IT and supports the SAP Finance Datahub technology platform by enabling efficient data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership organization.
The Technology Professional will contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines, improving data quality, and supporting finance stakeholders with actionable insights.

How you'll make an impact
- Plan, design, implement, and support core finance data platforms including but not limited to SAP BW4HANA, SAP S/4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP MDG Master Data Governance platforms.
- Analyze, interpret, and manage large datasets to support finance and business decision-making.
- Support the design, development, and enhancement of data architectures and data warehouse solutions.
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, and backend data processing systems.
- Perform data modeling and contribute to the development of scalable data solutions and analytics frameworks.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to identify trends and inform stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and finance teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes and tools.
- Document processes, data definitions, and technical solutions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field required.
- Master's degree or advanced certification in a related field preferred.
What you'll bring
Required:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, or IT applications.
- Proven experience planning, designing, delivering, and supporting finance data and master data governance platforms (e.g., SAP BW4HANA, SAP Data Integration (SLT and SDI), and SAP Master Data (MDG)).
- Deep knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and database concepts.
- Experience using SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and analysis.
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under supervision.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Preferred:
- Experience planning, designing, and supporting SAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphere and SAP BDC, integration with downstream data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS) and applied AI SAP data platform solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) or enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with finance data domains or ERP systems.
- Experience in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security standards.
- Exposure to Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
