Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for legacy applications.
• Lead development and delivery of business enhancements, production fixes, and regulatory changes.
• Govern L2/L3 support, incident management, problem management, and SLA compliance.
• Perform solution design, impact analysis, code reviews, and architecture governance.
• Drive application stability, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.
• Manage releases, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead modernization initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Mentor development and support teams.
