Data Analyst Intern at Zeno Talent Chennai in Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and present findings.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support the team in creating reports and performance metrics.
• Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Document analysis processes and maintain data accuracy. '

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Understanding of statistics, data cleaning, and data visualization concepts.
• Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior academic projects or internships in data analytics are a plus.
