Job Overview

Yusuf Bhai Fragrances is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, retail materials, and corporate communications.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication, with the ability to translate creative concepts into high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and engaging designs for social media, digital marketing, websites, and online campaigns.
• Design promotional materials including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, catalogues, invitations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative artwork for perfume and fragrance product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Design retail materials such as standees, signage, displays, promotional boards, and in-store communication.
• Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Adapt designs according to different formats, dimensions, and platform requirements.
• Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, and HR teams to understand design requirements.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Edit and enhance product images and prepare them for digital and print use.
• Develop concepts and design variations based on campaign requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative industry developments.
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
• Experience with Canva and other creative tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Good knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
• Ability to create professional and visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.

Portfolio
