Responsibilities: - Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards - Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records - Handle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re-shipments - Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges - Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Required Qualifications: - Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S - Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible - Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Patience, English language proficiency
