Job Description
Summary: You.com is an AI-powered search and productivity platform designed to empower users with personalized, efficient, and trustworthy search experiences. The Front-End Web Developer will play a key role in creating and maintaining visually stunning, user-friendly websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences that align with brand and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with the Head of Web and Content to develop innovative designs that reflect brand guidelines and engage users
- Ensure designs and code are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern, functional, and error-free
- Implement content updates in collaboration with the content team, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive web experiences
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to optimize website performance and usability
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations when necessary
- Collaborate with back-end developers when required to implement advanced functionality
- Work alongside the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure web projects meet deadlines and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web development practices
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field
- Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow is required
- Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Figma
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus
- A strong eye for design with the ability to create visually compelling, user-focused web layouts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, MarkUp, or Sketch is an advantage

Nice-to-Have Skills: SEO principles, Git, Adobe XD, Collaboration skills
