Qualification: MBA /graduate Fresher only

Duration:-12 Month/6Month

Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Apprentice Trainees to join our Phone Banking team. The role involves handling customer queries, delivering excellent service, resolving concerns, and promoting banking products through cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver a superior customer experience through phone-based interactions.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
• Maintain high standards of call quality, accuracy, and compliance.
