About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, responsible, and proactive Executive & Business Assistant with a background in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.

The ideal candidate should already understand how digital marketing agencies and e-commerce businesses operate.

This role includes daily coordination, project follow-ups, client communication, reporting, research, recruitment support, and general business operations.

We need someone who can understand marketing and e-commerce tasks without requiring everything to be explained from the beginning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
• Follow up with team members and make sure assigned work is completed
• Track project progress, deadlines, and pending tasks
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Coordinate with digital marketers, designers, developers, and e-commerce team members
• Communicate with clients when required
• Assist with digital marketing and e-commerce projects
• Check the progress of SEO, social media, advertising, website, and marketplace tasks
• Support Shopify and WordPress related projects
• Assist with Amazon, Noon, and other marketplace operations
• Research competitors, products, markets, and business opportunities
• Research leads and potential clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and business documents
• Maintain Google Sheets, Google Docs, and project records
• Organize meetings, reminders, and schedules
• Assist with recruitment and candidate follow-up
• Monitor pending tasks and follow up until completion
• Support general administrative and operational work

Required Background

Candidates must have previous knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.

You should understand at least several of the following areas:

• SEO
• Social Media Marketing
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Content Marketing
• Lead Generation
• Shopify
• WordPress / WooCommerce
• Amazon
• Noon
• Product Listings
• Marketplace Management
• E-commerce Operations

• Basic Analytics and Reporting

You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you must understand the basic workflow of digital marketing and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related business
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong written English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and online business tools
• Good internet research skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Able to work independently
• Fast learner
• Responsible and punctual
• Good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients and team members

Candidates must be available during working hours that overlap with UAE business hours.

Salary

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, e-commerce knowledge, and overall ability.

Salary growth will be available based on performance and increased responsibility.
