Key Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager, this is an important role within the Fitness and Wellbeing (F&W) business in the UK and will play a critical role in driving Xplor’s growth and transformation agenda in the United Kingdom.
The Customer Success Manager (“CSM”) is responsible for the share of wallet growth and development of customers, defined by revenue and strategic value. The role will focus on core account management principles focusing on customer relationship, retention and growth, developing upsell opportunities as a solution to customer/engagement issues.
The CSM will drive a standardised account management cadence with our customers, to include running business reviews, developing strategic account plans and delivering growth targets and KPIs for the designated customer portfolio. In addition, the CSM will be able to represent the spectrum of Xplor’s products and services to our key customers with a view to deepening and strengthening these relationships.
As part of their relationship with customers, the CSM will provide a ‘white glove’ service to our customers through activities such as proactive reviews of their use of our software, leading to actionable insights and training that will enable customers to optimise their operations and member experience. This will support customer relationships through increasing efficiency and revenue, thus increasing Xplor’s ability to grow and retain customers throughout the F&W sector. The CSM will drive market and customer insights and work closely with our product and service delivery organisations to ensure that these are fed into our development roadmaps.
By using consultative selling techniques and focusing on a defined customer portfolio, the CSM will need to understand the challenges that our customers face when trading and be able to provide solutions to each customer by articulating how our products and services can best solve the problems they face when running their business. We strive to empower passionate people and build long-term relationships by becoming a “trusted business partner” who can guide our customers in key decisions, leveraging our experience & long-standing position in their field.
The CSM will be responsible for their own outcomes, (such as the achievement of sales / retention targets). In so doing, the CSM will work closely with the senior team to define and create a plan across the existing customer portfolio, specifically to create a by-customer action plan to focus on share of wallet growth.
The CSM will be required to meet with their customer group and be comfortable in delivering standard customer governance meetings, including supporting them in making the most use of Xplor products and services.
