Job Summary

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and provide basic information about company products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, website enquiries, and other sources.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
• Schedule customer appointments and site visits when required.
• Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/Zoho Books or other company systems.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams whenever required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-up.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based company is preferred.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, building materials, doors & windows, construction products, hardware, interiors, or other related product-based industries will be preferred.
• Candidates who have handled IndiaMART/Justdial/online leads will have an advantage.
