The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency of the Gas, Distribution, and Transmission business units through data analytics and workflow analysis. Responsibilities: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Operations, and Finance to enhance the efficiency of the Gas, Distribution, and Transmission business units - Analyzing intricate workflows that affect various departments - Leveraging data analytics to quantify improvement opportunities - Actively participating in the implementation of organizational changes - Providing hands-on operational experience and mentorship Required Qualifications: - Current student, Junior status (as of Fall 2026) - Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in technology, science, business, engineering or related field - Must be local to the Denver Metro Area - Able to commute to the service center in Denver, CO- hybrid schedule - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the fall (up to 20 hours a week)- no out of state students Preferred Qualifications: - General curiosity for continuous improvement and innovation - Ability to leverage analytical capabilities - Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically in SharePoint - Experience with Microsoft Power Apps - Construction experience Required Skills: Data Analytics, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Construction Benefits: Pension, 401(k) plan, Paid time off (PTO), Holidays
