Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information; maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps; employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints; applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies; mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). TDNA will be supporting CSD primary Mission Office and will be well versed in tradecraft associated with target development in both sustained and discovery AOR. TDNA must have relevant experience with SIGINT and AMOD. TDNA must be fluent with stored comms and passive resources. TDNA must have ability to build out assigned target set and identify indicators of compromise organically for new/follow-on development. TDNA will be well versed in tracking lateral movement of target via claimed infrastructure. TDNA will be well versed in packet analysis. TDNA will be required to have experience with Machine Learning and AI for focused discovery efforts. TDNA must be well versed in tradecraft associated with characterization of personas, companies, capabilities, and target networks.
