Monitor mine-to-port operations including mining, production, haulage, stockyard and port activities.
Track KPIs such as production, equipment utilization, haulage productivity, fuel, costs, stockpile and vessel loading.
Coordinate with Mining, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, Port, Marine and Contractors.
Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports for the CEO.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely corrective actions.
Support the CEO in operational reviews, planning, cost optimization and strategic initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination between mine, haulage and port teams.
