Job Description
IT Project Manager Deloitte | New Delhi
Experience: 10-14 years | Level: Senior Consultant
Role: Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with business and security requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- 9+ years IT experience with strong IT Infrastructure Project Management exposure
- End-to-end infrastructure project delivery
- Experience with Data Center setup/migration
- Network & Server upgrades
- Cloud, Storage & Backup infrastructure
- VDI / End-user device refresh
- IT Security Infrastructure IAM, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection
- Strong Project Planning, Risk, Budget & Timeline Management
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Experience managing cross-functional/multi-geography teams
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
- JIRA mandatory
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and project governance
- Lead cross-functional technical and business teams
- Track milestones, project status and delivery performance
- Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID/risk logs and communication plans
- Communicate project progress and risks to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and client stakeholders
Required Tools / Technologies
JIRA Mandatory
Infrastructure: Servers, Storage, Backup, Cloud, Networks, VDI, IAM, Firewalls, Endpoint Security
Preferred
- BFSI / Banking / Insurance domain experience
- Client-facing / consulting experience
- Infrastructure transformation or migration projects
Other Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
- Bangalore location
- Willing to travel/work at client location 5 days a week
