Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow defined processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and call-related information.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1year BPO experience can also apply
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support environment.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and willing to learn.
