We are hiring Customer Support Executives Voice Process for our BPO operations. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in customer service and non-voice support.

The selected candidates will interact with customers through chat, understand their queries, and provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and written communication.
• Provide accurate information and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
• Follow standard operating procedures, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining response quality.
• Maintain professional written communication and proper grammar.

• Good written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
• Candidates should be willing to work from office, as per business requirements.
• Candidate should have good typing speed (30/90)
