Company Description

Superb food

We energise workplaces. Through the food and drink we offer, we enhance the employee experience, helping you attract and retain the right staff. And we do this for all kinds of organisations, tailoring our services to a wide range of needs – whether you want an all-day restaurant, a lively café or exquisite fine dining, with everything prepared on-site or delivered to your door. We also recognise the importance of value for money, and work creatively to find new ways to reduce costs and use resources more efficiently.

Motivated people

It’s a simple equation: happy people provide excellent service. Which is why we’ve made BM such a brilliant place to work, offering a healthy work-life balance and a host of team benefits. And it’s good to have this recognised by those who matter – our team gave us the highest Glassdoor score in our industry, 4.6 out of a possible 5. Also, we’ve remained on the Best Companies list for the last 10 years, again because of our team members.

Sustainable and ethical

We aim to do everything as sustainably and ethically as possible. From sourcing responsibly and reducing waste to supporting our communities, these principles shape the decisions we make every day. While we know there is always more to do, we are committed to continually improving our environmental and social impact. Our commitment is recognised through respected industry accreditations, including EcoVadis Silver, Green Kitchen Standard certification across five sites, and Food for Life Served Here Bronze at two locations, demonstrating the practical steps we are taking to create a more sustainable future.

A foodie future

We serve 40,000 customers every day, in nearly 100 UK locations. And these numbers are set to grow, with the backing and resources of the WSH group, where we operate independently alongside other leading hospitality brands. Most importantly, our focus on building fruitful partnerships has earned us a 98 per cent client-retention rate, reflecting the effectiveness of our flexible, tailored catering services – which we provide for businesses across a broad range of sectors, including finance, legal, education, media, health and technology.
