Job Description
Restoration Laborer
We are looking for a dependable Restoration Laborer to join a hardworking team supporting residential and commercial restoration projects. This role is essential to helping restore properties after water, fire, storm, or other damage. You’ll work alongside experienced restoration professionals in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail matter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cleanup, demolition, debris removal, and property restoration
- Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, insulation, and other debris
- Set up and remove drying equipment as directed
- Clean and prepare work areas for restoration
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements
- Previous construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in various environments
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn restoration techniques and follow instructions
- Must be comfortable working in homes, businesses, and damaged properties
