About the Opportunity

We are looking for fresh graduate female candidates to join our team as Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Interns.

This opportunity is designed for graduates who want to build practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Candidate Management, and HR Operations while working remotely with a professional recruitment team.

The selected candidate will receive exposure to live recruitment assignments and will be involved in the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and communication.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team on active hiring requirements.
• Support candidate engagement and database management.
• Track candidate status from sourcing through selection and joining.
• Prepare recruitment updates and maintain accurate records.
• Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.

• Fresh graduates from any relevant discipline
• MBA/PGDM HR candidates are welcome
• Graduates in BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA or other relevant disciplines may apply
• Experienced candidates are not being considered for this internship
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Strong willingness to learn
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Candidates must be willing to commit to the 6-month internship

Internship Structure

We offer both Paid and Unpaid Internship opportunities.

The internship category and stipend will be decided based on the candidate's performance during the interview, communication skills, suitability for the role, and overall assessment.

Paid Internship: Monthly stipend will be communicated to the selected candidate based on the interview assessment.

Unpaid Internship: Candidates selected under the unpaid internship structure will receive the same professional exposure, training, recruitment experience, and internship documentation subject to successful completion.
