Summary: Worthington Enterprises is looking for a hard-working and intellectually curious student to assist its Finance function at our manufacturing facility in Closter, NJ. This internship will provide hands-on experience in understanding the cost of products—including freight, tariffs, and supply chain impacts. Responsibilities: - Prepare data and insights for monthly meetings with the Sales organization, focusing on customer demand, performance metrics, and profitability - Support the team with key analysis for monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings - Analyze freight costs, tariffs, and related charges to better understand their impact on product margins - Assist in developing pricing analysis to support Sales in price desk discussions - Work across functions to help determine the true cost of products, incorporating manufacturing, purchasing (POs), invoicing, and logistics data - Collaborate with teams to improve visibility into cost drivers across the supply chain - Perform various ad hoc accounting and financial analysis tasks Required Qualifications: - Some College degree level - Hard-working and intellectually curious - Ability to prepare data and insights for monthly meetings - Support the team with key analysis for monthly S&OP meetings - Analyze freight costs, tariffs, and related charges - Assist in developing pricing analysis - Work across functions to determine the true cost of products - Collaborate with teams to improve visibility into cost drivers - Perform various ad hoc accounting and financial analysis tasks - Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related major - Strong interest in manufacturing and cost analysis - Familiarity with purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and tariff structures - Immediate and ongoing availability - 2 -3 years previous internship or like experience Required Skills: Cost Analysis, Freight Cost Analysis, Tariff Analysis, Supply Chain Costing, Pricing Analysis, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Accounting, Financial Analysis, Purchase Orders (PO), Invoicing
