At WORQ, community is not just events; it is ecosystem building.
As a Community & Events Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in executing flagship events, supporting outlet-level engagement, working with partners and contributing to brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to marketing, partnerships, and event management in a fast-growing coworking brand.
1. Event execution & support (flagship + outlet-level):
- Assist in planning and executing flagship community events (founder events, ecosystem activations and launch events).
- Support coordination with partners, vendors and internal teams.
- Assist with event registration, guest management and on-ground execution.
- Assist with event rundown, guest lists and post-event reports.
- Support tracking of attendance and engagement metrics.
2. Community engagement & member experience:
- Support outlet-level engagement initiatives in collaboration with outlet teams.
- Assist in member communications (event invites, WhatsApp announcements and email blasts).
- Help gather member feedback and post-event insights.
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement touchpoints across outlets.
3. Content & brand support:
- Create visuals using Canva (event posters, social media posts and digital screens).
- Assist in copywriting for captions, EDMs and event descriptions.
- Support photography and short-form video content during events.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Outlet teams to align community activities with campaigns.
4. Partnership & ecosystem coordination:
- Assist in liaising with ecosystem partners for collaborations.
- Support the preparation of partnership decks and event proposals.
- Help track partner deliverables and visibility commitments.
5. Reporting & administrative support:
Assist in compiling event recaps and basic KPI tracking.
Support documentation of community initiatives.
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Community Manager.
Undergoing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
Have a basic understanding of marketing principles.
Able to think strategically and translate ideas into goal-oriented content.
Familiarity with design tools (Canva/CapCut) is a plus.
Experience with or knowledge of web content management systems is advantageous.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
