They are seeking an Accounting Intern to support the Finance team in ERP implementation and assist with various accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities: - Assist with ERP implementation - Responsible for monthly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses - Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet reconciliations - Handle billing, AR, and AP - Perform other duties/projects as assigned - Audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate from a college or university with a major in Accounting or Finance - GAAP knowledge required - MS Word, Excel (pivot table, formulas) and teams - Excellent communication skills and ability to work across depts, clients and vendors - Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills Required Skills: GAAP, ERP implementation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, Month-end Close, Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams Benefits: Great benefits, Opportunities for continued growth
