WorkSteer is now hiring Concrete Laborers in the Magic Valley area. If you’re reliable, hard-working, and ready to be part of a solid crew, we want to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work.

Job Duties:

• Assist with concrete pours, forming, finishing, and site prep
• Set up and break down forms and molds
• Operate hand and power tools
• Clean up job sites and assist crew as needed
• Follow safety procedures and work as a team

What You Bring:

• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Team player attitude and good communication skills

Pay & Perks:
