Role & responsibilities
• Partner with the HRBP team to support employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with store managers and business leaders on HR-related activities.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
• Help resolve employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee records.
• Assist in performance management, learning & development, and HR projects.
• Support employee communication and policy awareness initiatives.
• Participate in HR analytics, surveys, and people-related interventions.

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
