Marketing Technology & Automation Manager at Workana in Peru
Skills
Job Description
Workana is the largest remote work platform for talent in Latin America. Our division focuses on matching exceptional professionals with leading and innovative companies around the globe.
About the client
Solv Wellness is a U.S.-based consumer health and wellness company dedicated to creating transformative, science-backed products that address real health issues for women at midlife and beyond. Their brand portfolio includes flagship products like GennaMD, Māge, and Via, designed to support female pelvic health.
We are looking for an experienced hands-on Marketing Technology Manager to join their team and own the systems behind their direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment.
Role overview
As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will be the primary technical owner responsible for managing, optimizing, and consolidating Solv Wellness’s martech stack. You will oversee day-to-day platform administration, build cross-platform automated workflows, make direct Shopify theme updates, and ensure clean data synchronization across email, SMS, subscription, and analytics platforms.
In this role, you will step into an established stack and immediately drive high-impact initiatives, including migrating SMS into Klaviyo, consolidating review and loyalty apps, rebuilding Rebuy templates on a new site theme, and expanding BigQuery data connections. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, balancing daily operational tasks with process automation and tech stack optimization. Candidates must be able to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Time hours to support real-time stack troubleshooting.
Selection process
The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4–6 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or take-home tests:
- Initial interview with Workana's recruiting team
- Technical interview with the client
- Take-home/assessment assignment
- Final interview with C-level
As Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the first round with Workana's recruiting team, you may also be considered for other relevant opportunities if the initial opportunity does not move forward.

Leverage AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to automate manual processes like brand protection monitoring and list hygiene.
Ensure strict email and SMS legal compliance across platforms (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and document all system architectures in Asana.
10+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or DTC ecommerce operations.
Strong expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, including app integrations and automated flow architecture.
Hands-on experience building multi-step automated scenarios using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms via APIs and webhooks.
Proven proficiency editing Shopify themes, including modifying Liquid code, HTML, CSS, sections, and blocks.

Fluent English is mandatory (both written and verbal), as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team.
Must be based in Latin America and able to work aligned with US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
