• Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health status, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications:
• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
