Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Food & Beverage outlet operations.
• Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team.
• Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Ensure the team works together to provide excellent service and meet guest expectations.
• Monitor staff grooming and attire and address any deficiencies.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including arranging supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing the outlet.
• Inspect storage areas to ensure proper organization and cleanliness.
• Support the team in achieving operational and service goals.
• Address employee concerns appropriately and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations
