About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist Generative AI who can transform complex business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, and Python, along with experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade AI applications.

The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong analytical thinking, and experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand business challenges and design AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop enterprise applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop intelligent AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Meta AI frameworks.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Apply NLP techniques for processing structured and unstructured data.
• Develop scalable APIs and AI applications using FastAPI, Streamlit, or Django.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
• Monitor deployed AI models and manage their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
• Present analytical insights and AI-driven recommendations to clients and leadership.
