Summary: WM is seeking interns for their Summer Internship Program, which is designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world application. Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain real-world experience, and have opportunities to connect with leaders and fellow interns. Responsibilities: - Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understand fundamental parts of the problem - Conducts analysis as directed, and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis - Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager - Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements - Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility Required Qualifications: - Interns must have a high school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship - Must live and work in the US - Candidates must be attending school in the Capitol market area Important Skills: Data analysis Benefits: Paid experience
