We are investing in strong internal systems dashboards, trackers, automated workflows so that quality and safety standards run on process, not on individual memory. This role sits at the centre of that effort.
The Role
You will own our internal management information systems: the Google Sheets trackers our teams run on, the dashboards our leadership reviews, and the automated WhatsApp and email alerts that keep three campuses coordinated. You will not be writing large applications you will be the person who makes existing tools work brilliantly together and documents them so anyone can follow.
What you will do
Maintain and improve our Google Sheets tracker ecosystem (curriculum progress, audits, appraisals, admissions) across three campuses.
Build internal automations using Google Apps Script and WhatsApp Business API platforms (WATI / Interakt / AiSensy or similar): reminders, escalations, scheduled reports and email alerts to team members.
Create and publish a monthly MIS dashboard pack (Google Looker Studio / Sheets) covering enrollment, collections, compliance and staffing.
¢ Write clear SOPs for every system you build and train non-technical staff to use them.
¢ Support school leadership with ad-hoc data pulls, analysis and process improvement project.
