Senior Risk Management Analyst (East Coast) at Wiz in Remote

Summary: Wiz is a fast-growing startup reinventing cloud security and empowering businesses to thrive in the cloud. The Senior Risk Management Analyst will be part of the Internal Audit & Risk Management team, responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing risk treatment plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks. Responsibilities: - Conduct Risk Triages and Assessments for concern areas submitted to the IARM team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Product, Customer Success, etc) to proactively identify risks present to Wiz - Develop Risk Treatment Plans for risks documented on the Risk Register - Use risk governance concepts to help drive strategic objectives in partner organizations - Monitor key risk indicators to track risk exposure and effectiveness of control treatments - Work closely with the Risk Management Lead to achieve business objectives of the Risk Management program, in addition to identifying areas of growth for the program - Work closely with the Internal Audit function to help shape the IA roadmap prioritization based on risk program findings Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience operating in a technical risk management role or in-depth involvement with a risk management function - In-depth knowledge of risk management practices - An understanding of the technologies present in AWS, GCP, or Azure that create cloud environments - Confidence in collaborating with personnel of all levels and geolocations at Wiz (Europe, Asia, etc) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in one or more of the other GRC domains is a plus, but not required - Bachelor's degree in IT, security, or related field is a plus, but not required - Experience with FedRAMP is a plus, but not required Required Skills: Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Risk Treatment Planning, Risk Governance, Internal Audit, AWS, GCP, Azure, FedRAMP Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance, Home Office Setup reimbursement, Flexible Spending Accounts, Monthly Connectivity reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Short- and Long-term Disability Insurance, Life & Accident Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (with employer match), Flexible paid time off + 11 paid holidays, Paid leave programs, including parental, pregnancy health, medical and bereavement leave
