- 跨部門專案管理：整合研發、供應鏈、品質、採購等單位，確保專案在 範疇 / 時程 / 成本 / 品質 內如期完成。
- 專案時程控管：制定專案計畫、排程與里程碑追蹤，主導進度會議，確保問題即時被提出與處理。
- 風險管理：辨識專案風險、進行預防及應對措施，降低進度或成本影響。
- 需求溝通管理：作為客戶、內部團隊與管理層的主要窗口，負責需求釐清與變更管理。
- 專案文件管理：確保專案文件（計畫書、需求書、會議紀錄等）完整、即時更新並存檔於系統。
- 問題排除與決策支援：協調資源、推動議題解方，加速問題解決。
- 專案成本控管：製造生產成本控管。
