Job Description 1. Meticulously collect, review, and analyze existing SOP, KM, and archival documents; accurately prepare draft process flows  based on current documentation and established standards. 2. Conduct structured interviews and coordination sessions with business users to validate, refine, and enrich process models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational realities. 3. Diligently curate and govern modeling artifacts: maintain precise process flow diagrams, implement robust version control, meticulously log changes, and ensure comprehensive repository documentation. 4. Actively support senior team members in identifying and evaluating process improvement opportunities; effectively liaise with digital/technical teams to facilitate solution design and implementation. 5. Assist with the successful adoption and operationalization of process improvements within business units, contributing to sustainable change.
