We’re looking for an experienced, upbeat, and professional Server to join our front-of-house team. What You'll Do: Deliver warm, attentive service and create a welcoming experience for every guest Present menus, answer questions, and confidently recommend food & beverage items Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks with speed, care, and attention to detail Communicate clearly with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure seamless service Stay informed about specials, allergies, and dietary restrictions Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift Follow opening, closing, and side-work procedures Stay sharp, professional, and guest-focused during every shift What We’re Looking For: Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or café Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality service Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills Certified in Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness (or willing to complete training) Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Willingness to work a flexible schedule — days, nights, weekends, and holidays Perks of Working at Dudley's: Competitive hourly pay: $16.50/hr + great tips Team-oriented, supportive work environment Located in a lively and beloved Lower East Side neighborhood Opportunity to work with a seasoned hospitality team and grow your skills Salary Description $16.50/hour (before tip credit) + Tips
