This role involves sourcing, structuring, and analyzing historical farmland acquisition data to enhance insights and decision-making in real assets and investment management. Responsibilities: - Organize and consolidate historical farmland acquisition data across multiple sources - Support efforts to standardize datasets for improved usability and analysis - Conduct data analysis to identify trends across farmland investments (e.g., by crop type, region, or acquisition characteristics) - Assist in building reports or dashboards to help the team better track and understand historical performance and patterns - Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to identify data gaps and improve data quality - Support ad hoc data and research projects related to farmland investments Required Qualifications: - Major in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau) is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Interest in real assets, agriculture, or investment management - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Required Skills: Data Analytics, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Python, SQL, Tableau Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills, Independent work Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
