Job Description
Summary: WisdomTree is a global financial innovator, offering a diverse suite of exchange-traded products and solutions. They are seeking an early-career AI Enablement Analyst to help scale practical AI adoption across the firm, supporting various AI initiatives and collaborating with teams to improve workflows and user adoption of AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day AI enablement efforts across business teams
- Help design, test, and refine prompts, reusable workflows, and AI playbooks
- Assist with building and maintaining lightweight AI solutions, including custom GPTs, internal assistants, workflow prototypes, and Microsoft-based automations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI-assisted automation and workflow improvement
- Help design and support AI-enabled workflows and lightweight business solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and related platforms
- Create clear documentation, user guides, training materials, and best practices for AI tools and workflows
- Help deliver AI training sessions, office hours, demos, and role-specific support
- Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and impact
- Evaluate new AI tools and platforms and summarize findings for business users
- Assist with testing outputs, validating quality, and promoting responsible AI use
- Help evaluate AI outputs, workflows, and automations for quality, reliability, and business usefulness
- Help track AI requests, pilot activity, enhancement opportunities, and follow-up items across projects
- Support cross-functional AI projects from idea stage through pilot deployment
- Collaborate closely with the AI Solutions Analyst on solution design, rollout, testing, and user support
- Build familiarity over time with agent-based tools, Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Foundry environments, and internal AI solution design and development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong familiarity with widely used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft productivity and automation tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar platforms
- Clear interest in applied AI, workflow improvement, training, and business enablement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical terms
- Comfort learning new platforms quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through
- Analytical mindset with good judgment and attention to detail
