The Business Valuation Internship involves preparing financial analyses, conducting research, and assisting with valuation reports to support client engagements. Responsibilities: - Prepare financial analysis on companies to assist in the preparation of valuation - Analyze client financial data to identify trends and operational characteristics - Conducting economic and industry-specific research - Gather additional market data relevant to the valuation process - Assist with preparing valuation reports - Prepare presentations for prospects and existing clients - Provide a variety of ad hoc project assistance Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or related field - Above average competency in accounting as demonstrated by college GPA; Minimum 3.0 GPA - Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize own work effectively - Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines - Ability to balance projects simultaneously - Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
