Windy City Water Pros is a residential water treatment company expanding into Springfield and Sangamon County. We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and under-sink reverse osmosis systems. We handle sales, marketing, scheduling, materials, and payment collection. You show up, install, and get paid.

We're looking for a reliable local installer who knows plumbing and wants steady, well-paid work as a subcontractor. This starts at 1-3 installs per week, with volume increasing as our Springfield customer base grows. For the right person, a full-time role is on the table down the road.

Service area: Springfield, Chatham, Rochester, Sherman, Riverton, Auburn, New Berlin, Pleasant Plains, and surrounding Sangamon County.

What you'd be doing:

• Installing 10x54 whole-home softener and filtration systems
• Installing 5 and 7 stage under-sink RO systems (tank and tankless)
• Well water treatment installs for rural homes (iron/sulfur systems), if you have experience with them
• City water installations
• Plumbing tie-ins, bypass setup, valve programming, testing, and cleanup
• Being professional and respectful in the homeowner's house
• Asking happy customers for a Google review (paid bonus)
• A typical install takes 3-4 hours

What we need:

• Plumbing experience, with water softener or RO installs a strong plus. Illinois plumbing license strongly preferred.
• Proof of insurance (COI)
• Your own tools and a reliable truck or van
• Able to lift and move a full-size softener tank
• Available for jobs on 48-72 hours notice
• Shows up on time, does clean work, doesn't cut corners
• Good with homeowners, since you're representing us in their home

What you get:

• $400-750 per install, depending on the job and your experience

• No selling, estimates, invoicing, or chasing payment

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per hour
