Job Description
Summary: Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is the premier specialty retailer of high-quality products for the kitchen and home in the United States. The Creative Operations Project Coordinator will manage projects under GreenRow’s VP, focusing on coordinating activities between merchants, collaboration partners, and photo teams, while also building supplier/vendor relationships to improve the development process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the timing and delivery of multiple projects
- Develop, communicate and drive the key project milestones for photoshoots, design projects, and collaborations
- Organize shot lists, photoshoots, and set/location needs
- Assist Creative Director with special projects & events
- Manage budgets and timelines for above projects
- Work closely with merchant and digital teams to understand and align on calendar and timing
- Support store visual needs
- Assist with development of creative resources and partnerships
Required Qualifications:
- Can do attitude, solutions oriented, problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail, organized, proactive communicator
- Creative Energy
- Comfort with Microsoft excel & Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe suite
- Design or styling background
- Excellent time management
