Located in central Hirafu Village, Half Note is a vibrant and busy venue operating from 3pm - Midnight 7 days a week during the winter season.

Whiteroom is looking for a competent and experienced Bar Team Leaders (Supervisor) with an outstanding personality, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, team coordination, customer service, industry knowledge, event promotional experience combined with ensuring the delivery of a fun and quality experience for all.

• Early November 2026 to Mid-Late March 2027

Position Requirements:

• Customer service focus and a track record of delivering on customer expectations
• Solid experience working in bars with excellent supervisory skills combined with food service knowledge
• A background in sales and strong communication skills
• Fast and efficient when it counts
• Possess a good work ethic, dependable and punctual
• Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to any situation
• Team leader and player that will be happy to work within a close team
• The ability to get a Japanese working holiday visa or experience/qualifications to gain a skilled migrant visa
• Valid driver's licence from your home country plus a valid international drivers license
