Summary: Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP is seeking associates to support common-interest community association clients. Responsibilities:
- Handle both litigation and general legal work for common-interest community associations’ clients in the firm’s Falls Church, Virginia and Columbia, Maryland offices

Required Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience
- Candidates must be currently admitted to practice in Virginia or Maryland
- Excellent organizational, writing and client relationship skills are required
- The successful candidate should be self-directed and have a strong desire for courtroom exposure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus
- Additional admission to D.C. Bar a plus
