Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.As a Production Specialist, you lead diverse projects, ensuring high quality results and enhancing the Creative Services team's products. This role requires expertise in templates, design tools, and handling high-volume, high-impact, and high-value deliverables. Translating client briefs into creative visions is a key responsibility for the Production Specialist. Your effective communication and collaboration skills ensure the transformation of client needs into tailored design solutions. Leveraging a strategic mindset, you navigate challenges, contributing specialized skills to uphold the team's commitment to design excellence.
The roles and responsibilities of this job include:
- Drive high-value and high-impact creative project deliverables, ensuring collaboration, effective and open communication, and timely delivery.
- Ensure clear project scopes by defining roles and responsibilities for team members and optimize resources for project needs by identifying and leveraging team members' strengths.
- Translate client briefs into creative visions, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Create bespoke materials, leveraging expertise and experience, tailored precisely to meet the unique requirements and preferences of clients.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Communicate with and respond to project requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Adhere to established work processes, ensuring compliance with brand and visual identity guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline production processes for improved efficiency and output quality.
- Review and proofread deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to established standards.
- Maintain consistent file management standards for organizing and storing working files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Production Design Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a professional service, legal, consulting, or banking environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating customized design solutions for clients, showcasing a robust portfolio of diverse projects.
- Experience working in an advisory capacity with high-level individuals in a firm, such as lawyers, partners, and business development managers.
- Extensive knowledge and skill with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit visual assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
- A portfolio showcasing previous bespoke designs and graphic design work is essential to demonstrate proficiency and expertise in the field.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on design trends, software and technological advancements, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance the overall creative process.
