Job Description
Summary: White & Case LLP is a prominent law firm seeking an Experienced Legal Recruitment Assistant to enhance their recruitment processes. The role involves supporting all stages of recruitment, maintaining data integrity, and fostering communication with stakeholders to attract top legal talent.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment on varies stages in the recruitment process across multiple requisitions (e.g., job postings, applications, pipelining, interviews, candidate management, offer management, agency engagement etc.)
- Proactively mitigate recruitment challenges, provide regular communications to relevant leadership, on any requisitions aligned with the practice group(s)
- Ensure and maintain all elements of agency management (e.g., fee agreements, preferred vendors, tracking management, kick-off calls, communications, etc.)
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies utilizing various channels to cultivate robust pipelines, and candidate outreach to identify top talent in the market
- Manage the candidate scheduling process (e.g. collecting candidate availability, communicating with recruiting agencies, requesting interview scheduling, and greeting candidates on WebEx interviews, etc.)
- Review resumes for prospective candidates to assess their knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, cross-function teams and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure we proactively meet their hiring needs and goals
- Assist in generating market intelligence, develop deep expertise as a subject matter expert, and promote recruitment best practices
- Support recruitment initiatives across the Business Services and Experienced Legal Recruitment team (e.g., branding initiatives, LinkedIn utilization and expansion, sourcing efforts, etc.)
- Ensure ATS and recruitment reporting are accurate and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with various cross functional teams and manage the offer process (i.e., immigration, conflicts, general council, compensation, mobility, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recruitment or assistant experience; professional services industry or a search firm preferred
- Strong technical skills on the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Detail oriented, with strong administrative skills
- Superior customer service and relationship-building skills to provide an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Exemplify a tenacious, growth-oriented mindset and demonstrate a willingness to tackle challenges and embrace new ideas
- Committed to contribute, collaborate and consult on the recruitment strategy for the Business Services and Experience Legal Recruitment teams
- Excellent business acumen, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates effective time management strategies to balance recruiting initiatives, meet candidate expectations, addresses client needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously
