AT&T Representative at White Bear Lakes in Sammamish, WA

We’re hiring AT&T Representatives in the Seattle area to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll help people choose wireless products and service plans that fit their needs and budgets. If you enjoy working with others and want real-world experience in customer service and sales, this is a great way to get started.

As an AT&T Representative, you’ll engage directly with customers, answer questions, and guide them through product and service options in a clear, approachable way. You’ll track your progress, contribute to team sales goals, and develop strong communication, sales, and leadership skills through paid training and ongoing mentorship. From day one, our team is here to support your success as an AT&T Representative.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Representative:

• Meet with customers directly to understand their needs and recommend wireless solutions
• Present products and service plans clearly to support customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Participate in AT&T Representative training sessions to build skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement
• Share customer feedback with leadership and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively to track progress, support team goals, and maintain a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Representative:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is a plus
• Prior experience as an AT&T Representative is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and an interest in working with customers
• Comfortable interacting with people in person
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and motivated to learn and grow with your team
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
